Unless otherwise agreed, all business is subject to Executive Physiotherapy Ltd terms and conditions. Executive Physiotherapy Ltd will be referred to as Executive Physiotherapy within these terms and conditions.

1.  Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms” for short) together with the Privacy Policy set out the rules for your use of this website and services of Executive Physiotherapy. By accessing this website or using the services at Executive Physiotherapy, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any of the Terms you may not use or access this website.

The information, images, and other material of any nature contained in this website, referred to below simply as “the Materials”, are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Executive Physiotherapy is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in this website, and in all Materials published on it.

You may temporarily download [and print out] one copy of any of the materials (information or software) on Executive Physiotherapy’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Executive Physiotherapy at any time. 5.  Website Booking System

This website uses a website booking system called Acuity Scheduling, who work with Stripe which is the company which process all payments to Executive Physiotherapy.
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to postpone or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance will be charged at the full fee of the appointment.

6. Patient Clinical Record Storage

Executive Physiotherapy stores patient clinical records using the company Write Upp which is our online administration system. They have there own terms and conditions and privacy policies, links to which are below. They are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO); registration number: Z2865352. Write Upp are currently working towards ISO27001 accreditation.

7. Patient Emails

Clinical notes, letters and information pertaining to a patients’ case at Executive Physiotherapy may be shared via email with practitioners who are also involved in the care of that patient. If patients would prefer that information was not sent via email then there is an option to state this on the consent form at Executive Physiotherapy, or inform the treating therapist of this.


8. Stripe

Executive Physiotherapy use Stripe to process all card payments.

  • to improve the website and to monitor website usage;
